9pm Aug 28 - REGISTER ONLINE or in person in the ENSENADA OFFICE, to be on the ENTRY LIST, in the SCORE Journal Race Program, and to Qualify (select classes). All fees must be paid in full (100%). Ensenada office contact is 646-120-5635. From U.S. use country code 52.
Qualifying classes will be Trophy Truck, TT Legends, and TT Spec. Teams eligible to qualify must have raced the 2024 Baja 500. Qualifying start order will be based on date and time the Baja 400 entry is received and fees paid in full. Others classes start position will be by random draw.
CO-DRIVERS, CO-RIDERS, NAVIGATORS REGISTRATION, must have purchased membership and completed an online registration. Complete your registration by this day and time to be listed on the ENTRY LIST, SCORE JOURNAL including RACE PROGRAM. The process of the DOR/ROR listing you in their entry is not an entry for you. Check with your driver/rider to ensure all entry fees are paid.
This list is used by the Mexico border crossing officials for entry into their country. If you are not on the list, you run the risk of being turned away.

AIRCRAFT PILOT AND DRONE OPERATOR REGISTRATION is required by this day and time to secure permission to participate at the Baja 400. Only those registered will be invited to the mandatory Pilot meeting.
5pm Sept 6 - LAST DAY TO REGISTER IN PERSON AT THE ENSENADA OFFICE – Late fees will apply after August 28th. If you register after August 28th, you will NOT appear on the ENTRY LIST, be in the SCORE JOURNAL and RACE PROGRAM, or be in the START POSITION draw. After close of Ensenada office, all registrations must be done in person at SCORE onsite registration in Ensenada.
6pm - Race Information (including pre-run stipulations) and GPS files will be available on SCORE website at approximately 6:00 pm at score-international.com > Race Info > Baja 400 logo
August 31 - Pre-Running Opens for Baja 400 - NOTE: - You must be registered and team fees paid 100% to be covered by the SCORE insurance during pre-running. Obey all traffic laws, close gates, maintain pre-running speeds, NOT RACE SPEEDS, follow the GPS, stay on course and obey all stipulations posted with GPS files. Watch out for moto/quads.
9am August 31 - 9am September 2 - ALL RACERS - Review Entry List contents to ensure all correctly registered participants are listed, sponsors are correct, and all spelling is correct. Any updates or corrections must be emailed immediately to Registration@score-international.com. No changes after Monday will be processed.
1pm-7pm - Racer Registration - Mandatory for Qualifying Teams - If qualifying driver and co-driver do not register today, the team will NOT be allowed to qualify on Wednesday, Sept. 11th – NOTE - Qualifying Location & map will be revealed at Registration. There will be no GPS files available for qualifying. Make sure you identify the person who will be driving the vehicle for qualifying when you register and verify in Red Room at Riviera del Pacifico Center
1pm-7pm - Media Registration – Red Room, Riviera del Pacifico Center
1pm-5pm - Chassis Inspections – By appointment for Qualifying teams - Call Tech at 619.572.8245 in advance to arrange inspection. Qualifying Teams must have annual chassis inspections current to qualify on Wednesday.
7am - Qualifying for Trophy Truck, TT Legends, and TT Spec Classes – Must have submitted applications and paid all fees online by Aug 28 at 9 pm or in-person at Ensenada office by 5pm Sept. 6 deadline, and have completed onsite registration and online waivers by 1pm-7pm Tuesday, Sept 10 to be eligible to qualify! Qualifying Information, class site arrival and qualifying times and location & map available at Qualifying Registration on Tuesday – QUALIFICATION SITE IS NOT OPEN TO PUBLIC!
